Vincent Aquino, M.D., F.A.C.C. is a recognized leader in cardiovascular medicine, born in Brooklyn, New York, and educated at Florida State University. He received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed internal medicine training at the University of Texas–Houston Health Science Center, followed by his cardiovascular fellowship at UT–Houston affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Aquino has been in practice since 1985 and has led the development of the Woodlands North Houston Heart Center into one of Houston's most respected cardiology groups. He has been instrumental in developing the North Houston Division of the American Heart Association and served as president of the Houston Cardiology Society in 2000. He has held positions including Chief of Staff at Houston Northwest Medical Center, Chief of Staff at Baylor St Luke's - The Woodlands Hospital from 2003 to 2007, Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services, and Director of Cardiology at Memorial-Hermann Hospital–The Woodlands.
