Christopher H. LaVergne, M.D., F.A.C.C. was born in Houston, Texas, and attended Baylor University for his undergraduate education. He then attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas–Houston Health Science Center. Dr. LaVergne was honored as Chief Cardiology Fellow during his final academic year, where he finished his clinical fellowship in cardiovascular diseases.
Dr. LaVergne has been working in The Woodlands area since 1998 and has participated in several clinical investigations and authored research published in the New England Journal of Medicine. His primary focus is non-interventional cardiology with special expertise in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and the treatment of vein disease.
