Brenda K. Peabody, M.D., F.A.C.C. is a proud native Houstonian who received her medical degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, Scott & White, in Temple, Texas. Dr. Peabody has been practicing since 1995 and joined The Woodlands North Houston Heart and Vein Center in 2002.
Dr. Peabody specializes in all aspects of non-invasive cardiology. She has been an active community educator, speaking for the Montgomery County Division of the American Heart Association on the topic of women and heart disease, and has served on the board of the American Heart Association of Northwest Harris County. Her philosophy is that good medical care must involve a cooperative effort between patient and physician.
